YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a practice that invites us to slow down, to enter into a more subtle, almost intimate quality of presence.
Born in the 1990s at the crossroads of several influences, the energetic approach of Paulie Zink, the functional vision of Paul Grilley and the meditative dimension of Sarah Powers, it draws inspiration from Taoism and the wisdom of Chinese medicine.
Yin brings us back to that part of ourselves that knows how to listen, feel, and let go. Here, there is neither performance nor a search for aesthetics: only a return to the essential.

Yin Yoga is a functional practice that is deeply inclusive. Your body does not need to conform to a specific shape : the posture adapts to you, not the other way around.
Each person finds their own version, using props if necessary, while honoring their body type, history, and current mobility.

Yin Yoga is a bit like lying down in an inner landscape : we observe, listen, and allow ourselves to be transformed, gently, patiently, and kindly.

TESTIMONIALS

" A moment of pure well-being! The yin yoga class with Ambre is a true escape for relaxation and letting go. Her gentle voice, kindness, and clear explanations allow you to completely surrender to the postures and breathing. You leave the class feeling calm, centered, and deeply relaxed. An experience I recommend to anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves and release tension in body and mind. "
