SOUND HEALING

Sound Healing is an ancient practice in which sound becomes a healing tool, a subtle language that speaks to both the body and the inner self. Traces of it can be found in several ancient traditions: the singing bowls of Asia's Himalayas, the gongs and shamanic drums of Central Asia, the ritual chimes of the Siberian peoples, etc. Everywhere, the idea was the same: to use vibrations to restore harmony where something had become tense, frozen, or scattered.
Today, sound therapy continues to honor this heritage.
It uses sound frequencies to soothe, rebalance, and liberate.
Bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and deep vibrations become gateways to relaxation, clarity, and a natural meditative state.

Since our bodies are more than 70% water, each sound wave spreads through them like a wave in an inner ocean, passing through tissues, calming the nervous system, inviting the mind to settle down.
The effects are often felt immediately: stress dissolves, breathing calms, sleep improves, the mind clears, and energy flows more freely. Some traditions say that sound also helps to release buried emotions and reharmonize Qi, the subtle life force that flows through us.

Combined with Yin Yoga, sound therapy intensifies the experience : vibrations envelop the relaxed body, tensions are released, and you slip into a gentle, almost floating state of presence. Each note becomes a guide, an invitation to return to yourself, simply, deeply, with kindness.

Where to let yourself be carried away?

Trained in sound therapy, I enjoy offering a Savasana at the end of each session, accompanied by instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls.

I also offer individual or couples sound bath sessions to immerse you in their powerful vibrations and let you be carried away by their gentleness.
