YOGA
Yoga is much more than just a physical practice: it is a way of life, an inner journey that connects us to our breath, our body, our energy, and our presence.
The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit "yuj", which means to unite, connect, or bring together.
This union refers to the harmony of body, breath, and mind, a search for balance that goes far beyond the mat.
Today, yoga is no longer reserved for one particular form, level or tradition.
It has opened up to the world.
It adapts to modern needs, offers different styles (vinyasa, hatha, yin, nidra), emphasizes overall well-being, and welcomes all body types, ages, and levels. It is a practice that opens, stabilizes, and grounds. A moment to listen to your own energy, to find a more natural rhythm, a bit like when you let yourself be carried away by the natural movement of a horse or the desert wind.
Whether you are looking for strength, flexibility, letting go, or simply a moment for yourself, yoga adapts to everyone. It is a personal, gentle, and transformative path that helps us reconnect with what is essential: our presence, our energy, and our inner balance.

Where can you take my classes ?
I regularly teach yoga and stretching classes at several Activ Fitness branches in the canton of Geneva.
The sessions vary from one time to the next depending on the energy of the moment: Vinyasa, Hatha, simplified Ashtanga... for a balanced practice that is accessible to the group.
I also offer private lessons on request, whether you want to improve, regain mobility, or simply practice gently.

Outdoor classes

And during the warmer months of the year, I offer sessions by the lake at sunrise. It's a simple, inspiring, and bright way to start the day, surrounded by nature and the tranquility of the morning.
